Evaluating Musculoskeletal Complications Among Individuals With Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract :

The competition to provide insurance service is increasing and providing service quality is vital for insurance companies to survive and prosper. SERVQUAL is extensively used for reducing the gap between the customer and business organization, present study includes ethical practices taking pragmatic view about business corruption and unethical practices in financial markets. The objective of this research paper is to assess and analyze the quality level provided by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to its loyal customers and find its economic moat compared to its competitors. High Satisfaction with Life Insurance Corporation of India is likely to be a barrier for private players. Although several researchers have made theoretical and empirical contribution to the study of service quality in various industries, (like banking, healthcare, education, food industry, etc) the area of insurance is not adequately researched. The present study strives to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure customer perceived service quality in Insurance Sector. The resulting validated instrument comprised of seven dimensions: assurance, personalized financial planning, competence, corporate image, tangibles, technology and Ethics. Various gaps are identified and indicate that there is room for improvement. These results provide a good framework for private Insurers to improve their competitive position especially relating to ethical working.
