Political Conflict and its relationship with international business.

Abstract :

 The paper reviews the link between trade and conflict. Studies of trade and conflict relationship have increased manifold since the beginning of globalization.    It discusses the trade and conflict works at length giving many instances. Trade and conflict are not always positively correlated there can be other factors responsible for the conflict. In practice trade, will be seen as reducing conflict to some extent as trade increases economic incentives associated with it also tend to increase. Another point of focus would be to investigate the effects of conflict on various types of trade individually like agriculture, industries and services sector, rather than in an aggregate manner, which seems to be the trend in previous works.
