THE MODE OF 3G MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATIONAL LEARNING SYSTEMS

Abstract :

Mobile phone based educational learning system has the basis of Educational TechnologyCompetency Standards for Teachers, tracing by demand of improving teachers’ educational technology and with the focusof makingupknowledgeandcapacitybuilding.MobileLearninghasbecomeanotherveryimportantcomplement to the traditional ways of learning after digital learning. The development of the third generationmobile communication technology 3G provides a more adequate technical basis for mobile learning. Thisarticle describes the 3G based mobile learning, where mobile device is used for educational activities. The goal ofthis innovative method is to create flexible teaching solutions, which will enable the accessing of information withall kinds of devices, and to support learning in a variety ofsituations.
