Abstract :

The present paper attempts to analyse the challenges posed by fascist forces threatening the very existence democratic polity and constitutional institutions in India.The study discuses the concept of fascism, The RSS ideology and its resemblance with fascist ideology and finally the attempts of Modi Government of subverting the democracy and constitution institutions
