				<title>ABSTRACT</title>
				<p>Prevention programs will function best when they operate as part of a national non-communicable disease strategy, with more involvement of being recommended strongly, post the beneficial outcomes of prevention interventions and suggest that a targeted self-management program can improve patient self-management and patient centered outcomes.  Focus group discussions is a form of qualitative research method in which the interviewer (also called the moderator) asks research participants specific questions about a topic or an issue in a group discussion.	</p>
