				<title>ABSTRACT</title>
				<p>&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Land in Siwan is scarce with an estimated area of 222051 hectares. The Physical and socio- cultural environmental pressures have a significance influence on land use pattern which leads not only to shrink in the per capita availability of land and foodgrains, it is the need of an hour to analyze the management of land use patterns particularly in agro dominant districts like Siwan. In the research paper an attempt has been made to analyze the management of land use patterns in Siwan District, Bihar. The land use pattern displays the positive and negative changes in most of the land use categories, which highlight management trends of land use patterns.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;</p>
