Specially to decide what type of indicators to be used to predict the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) Especially Recruitment and Selection as an independent variable on Business Performance. The paper presents Deposits, Advances, ROE, ROA, Net NPA Ratio, BPE as selected financial performance indicators among several, with a supporting evidence.&amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;</p>
