Abstract :
Claudication distance is often considered the most invaluable symptom of lumbar canal stenosis. But apart from clinical symptoms, radiological findings are considered to be crucial not only for the diagnosis of lumbar canal stenosis but also for its management. In this study we investigate the radiological parameters for measuring the dimensions of spinal canal described in literature and establish a correlation between them and claudication distance.
