Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis: A report of five cases

Abstract :

Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA) is an autoimmune multi–system disease characterized by necrotising granuloma formation and widespread vasculitis. The clinical manifestations of GPA are diverse enough to behave as a great mimicker. Besides it has such a high mortality, that early detection of GPA is mandatory. We describe 5 such cases of GPA with different clinical presentations, severity of disease and management outcomes.
