Abstract :

A laboratory study was conducted to monitor the physicochemical characteristics of water samples of Wells from Waluj MIDC area Aurangabad for a period of twelve months during Feuary 2009 to January 2010. The parameters were analysed such as Temperature, pH, Electrical Conductivity, Alkalinity, Nitrate, DO, BOD & COD. This research work shows that the water quality of the wells from Waluj MIDC area is deteoriated possibly due to increased of human activities and improper release of industrial effluents.
