USE OF GEOGEBRA AS A MATHEMATICAL TOOL IN SCHOOLS

Abstract :

GeoGea is an interactive mathematics software program for teaching and learning mathematics in a new way. GeoGea can help to solve algea and geometry in a new way from primary level to university level. GeoGea is an open source software program which is accessible to all. In this study researcher wants to know the awareness of the teachers of secondary schools, affiliated toCentral Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and compare to the schools of the Kerala State Education Board, which are already using the GeoGea in their daily classroom teaching–learning process.
