Goldenhar Syndrome

Abstract :
Goldenhar syndrome is one of the most common congenital anomalies of the first and second anchial arches. Its main alterations affect the eye (dermoids and/or epibulbar lipodermoids), the external ear (auricular appendages, blind–ended fistulas) and the spine (hemiverteae and verteal fusion, among other malformations). This work presents the 1 yr 2 month old male child with Goldenhar syndrome. Literature and etiopathogenesis are also iefly reviewed.
