Abstract :
1,2,4-triazolo [1,5-a]pyrimidines and their derivatives are having very good antibacterial and antifungal properties. All the synthesized compounds arecharacterized by (MIC) in vitro by oth dilution method [129, 130] with two Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureusMTCC-96, Streptococcus pyogenesMTCC 443, two Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli MTCC 442, Pseudomonas aeruginosaMTCC 441 and three fungal strains Candida albicansMTCC 227, Aspergillus Niger MTCC 282, AspergillusclavatusMTCC 1323
