Abstract :

The use of spine orthoses in verteal fractures of frailty in the adult–elderly population always poses problems of appropriate choice of the same as a function of the control of patients‘ balance. The verteal fracture conjugated to the use of external devices modifying the posture can lead to negative effects, starting from the patient‘s poor compliance. The study of the equiliium with dynamic platform represents a moment of validation of the appropriateness of the corset, even if temporarily carried. This has implications also for the rehabilitation of these patients after surgery.
