The term “hypo–hyperdontia” is used to describe conditions in which agenesis of some teeth is seen to occur simultaneously with supernumerary teeth within the same individual. This case report presents a case of hypo–hyperdontia of counter teeth, where an unilateral supplemental supernumerary maxillary central incisor is present with hypodontia of both lower central incisors and other teeth.
