 •      Caesarean scar ectopic pregnancy is a rare type of abnormal implantation often considered the rarest type of ectopic pregnancy.

•      It has an estimated incidence of 1:1800–2000 pregnancy.

•      The overall incidence is however thought to be increasing, representing upto 6% of ectopic pregnancies with a history of caesarian section.
