Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE) is an autoimmune, inflammatory, disfiguring skin disease. It is a severe form of skin inflammation which occurs particularly on sun–exposed skin. A 30–year–old female presented with four years’ history of erythematous patches on face and oral cavity. A skin biopsy specimen was diagnostic of discoid lupus erythematosus. This case showed improvement with homoeopathic therapy.
