Klippel–Feil syndrome (KFS) is a rare disorder, presenting with craniofacial, other skeletal deformity and various other organ system anomalies. We report here a case of agenesis of upper lobe of left lung in a patient with Klipple–Fleil Sprengel’s deformity.
