This prospective study was done to evaluate visual outcomes and complications in patients with retropupillary iris claw lens.Thirty nine patients were enrolled and observed for complications and visual outcomes.Visual improvement was statastically significant at 3 month evaluation(p<0.001).No intra operative complications and minimal post operative complications were noted.
