NSTEMI is one of the common diagnosis encountered in emergency medical care. Its is prudent to develop a comprehensive risk assessment to categorise these patients to low, intermediate and high risk in order to plan proper management c o mp a r a t i v e  s t u d i e s  t o s u p p o r t     c h o i c e s     b e t w e e n     a l t e r n a t i v e     s t r a t e g i es     a n d e v a l u a t i o n  o f  t h e  i mp a c t  o f  p r o g n o s t i c  i n d e x e s  o n  p a t i e n t l o n g  t e r m  o u t c o me is lacking.
