Noonan syndrome is a type of genetic disorder with wide variety of clinical features. Sometimes diagnosis may be difficult at early stage. We describe a case of 32 year old male with anaemia associated facial dysmorphism, short stature and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Genetic screening of this patient also has been tried.
