7 3 01 02 ABSTRACT

A 2 year old boy diagnosed as Gaucher’s disease had factor IX deficiency and transient lupus anticoagulant .Splenectomy followed by BMT was done with supportive Factor IX concentrate. Engraftment of donor BMT led to success in the treatment.
