This article reviews a case of right retroperitoneal mass detected  in fetus on ultrasound  at 37 weeks of gestation.  Post natally ultrasound and CT was performed. The neonate was later operated. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal neuroblastoma.
