Hyperhomocysteinemia has recently been identified as a risk factor for coronary artery disease(CAD). This study hence is an attempt to determine the association of  homocysteine ( t hcy) with severity of CAD in patients with and without type 2 DM and their correlation with insulin resistance and lipid profile.
