Superior mesenteric artery syndrome (SMAS) is a rare condition, also known as Wilkie’s syndrome, cast syndrome and arteriomesenteric duodenal compression.We report a case of  26 years old male patient admitted for head trauma and bedridden with recent weight loss who developed SMAS.
