To study the role of MRI perfusion in grading and characterization of intra axial brain tumors. The aim of this paper is to determine the role of MR perfusion in differentiating low grade gliomas from high grade gliomas preoperatively. In this paper, the role of MR perfusion in differentiating between high grade gliomas and metastases is discussed.
