Present study included 115 Pleural Effusion  patients. Pleural fluid were collected and

separated as Transudate and Exudate. Further analysis determined the provisional

diagnosis of exudates. Pleural Fluid C–Reactive Protein(CRP) concentrations indicated

towards  diagnosis and severity of exudates. CRP in pleural fluid is a helpful tool in

diagnosis and monitoring of pleural effusion patients.
