We report a rare case of KlippelFeil Syndrome (KFS) having clinical symptoms of webbed neck, low lying hairline, Ectodactyl deformities, left winging of scapula & cardiac anomaly. It is a congenital disorder fusion of two or more cervical vertebrae. The frequency of this syndrome was rare in the world.
