The etiology of bronchiolitis obliterance organizing pneumonia remains controversial. While it has been  associated with several disorders, there are only rare reports of BOOP associated with Neurocysticercosis. Herein  we report a 57 year old male patient who presented with sudden onset of dypnea at rest with high grade fever as initial symptoms. The diagnosis of BOOP was confirmed by Transbronchial lung biopsy. His respiratory symptoms and radiologic findings significantly improving following prednisolone treatment.
