20 patients of histologically proved and locally advanced breast cancer were evaluated for response to Neo–Adjuvant chemotherapy by clinical methods, Mammography and USG after 2^nd and 4^th cycle of chemotherapy and results were compared. It is seen that results i.e. response to CAF (Cyclophosphamide/Adriyamycin/5–Flurouracil) is excellent. Only in 1 patient having cardiological problem inplace of Adriyamycin Methotrexate used.
