Objective–To compare Predictive Scores by RCI and Swede Score for CIN2+ in our clinic. Methods–Women having acetowhite lesions on colposcopy had scoring by both RCI and Swede Score, biopsy performed if any score was ≥1. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV & NPV for CIN2+ at 95% CI was determined & ROC curves plotted to identify a predictive score for CIN2+. Results: We had 85 women in our study. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV at 95%CI for CIN2+ at RCI ≥ 3 was 94.87%, 44.44%, 59.68% ,90.90% and Swede Score ≥4 was 100%, 47.95%, 62.49%, 100% respectively. These scores were optimal with AUC of 0.78 for RCI and 0.82 for Swede Score. Conclusion: A score of ≥3 by RCI and ≥4 by Swede Scoring was a predictor for CIN 2+.
