Background: Pregnancy is a time of elation and excitement but during pregnancy there are wide range of different symptoms may felt by mother. RLS is common symptom felt by pregnant mother which may lead deleterious maternal and fetal outcomes. Objectives: To assess the prevalence & Knowledge of Restless Leg Syndrome during pregnancy among pregnant women. Methods: Quantitative Research Approach with Non Experimental Descriptive Research Design was used in the study. A total of 104 samples were selected through Non probability Convenient Sampling from Antenatal OPD in a Himalayan hospital of Dehradun. Structured Knowledge Questionnaire was administered and scheduled interview method was conducted for data collection. Results: The result showed that 16.3% pregnant women were suffering from Restless Leg Syndrome during pregnancy. Conclusion: The study concluded that 16.3% pregnant women were suffering from Restless Leg Syndrome during pregnancy and about 58% of the pregnant women were having good knowledge regarding RLS.
