Ideal coronal restoration of root canal treated fractured tooth is still a challenging condition for restorative dentistry. There are various post systems are available. They are mainly custom made or pre fabricated but till date there is no material and post proved to be effective as natural teeth in consideration of mechanical and biological properties. This case report refers to the management of esthetic and functional restoration of fractured maxillary right central incisor teeth through the preparation and adhesive cementation of “biological dentin post” in a young patient by considering a novel alternative to conventional treatment option. Dentin post obtained through extracted teeth from another individual. It is a low cost option and it is a distinctive technique for the morphofunctional recovery of fractured teeth.
