Back Ground Chronic low back pain with or without radicular pain is becoming more and more common due to present life style. It has become significant in terms of morbidity and manpower loss considering the chronicity of problem. With the huge load of patients having low back pain among low socioeconomic conditions it’s imperative that we design a cost effective and easy to perform process which can help them and yet is pocket friendly. With an aim to develop an easy to do sustainable model which is cost effective we have been recommending certain procedure in our department, the process and its profound impact needs to be documented. Methodology A Retrospective record based observational descriptive study design was undertaken to analyse outcomes of the treatment given after IEC clearance. Usual tools to analyse the data collected for record of the patients falling under the inclusion criterion were employed including paired t test and measures of central tendency. Data was analysed using the excel data and SPSS. Results Out of 83 records , 48 were males (58%) while 35 were females (42.2%) while majority were from outside from Ranchi ( 56.6%). Most of the participants were form low socio economic class. Our intervention helped almost all patients who took it for 30 continuous days and it was statistically significant. Conclusion As the interventions tried were very readily available they can be procured safely with minimal budget also considering the life style, work load and chronicity of mechanical low back pain in our country it can be continued as ongoing care.
