Phyllodes is a biphasic fibroepithelial neoplasms accounting for 0.3 –1.5 % of all the breast tumors. A 35 year old female came with complaints of palpable, mobile lump in right breast since 3 years without axillary lymph node enlargement and family history was also noncontributory. Diagnosis was given as Malignant Phyllodes with Lipomatous and Chondroid diffrentiation and IHC was positive for Vimentin , MIB–1, CDK4, MDM2. Breast sarcomas are very aggressive tumors and are characterized by recurrent, hematogenous metastasis. They account for less than 1% and malignant phyllodes tumor accounts for 0.18%. These tumours grow rapidly and aggressively, hence close follow–up is necessary with radiological imaging to check for metastasis
