Majority patients had 2 previous miscarriages ( 65.83%), 25% had 3 previous losses, 6.67% had 4 previous losses and only 2.5% had previous 5 losses. Maximum patients had a miscarriage before 12 weeks of gestation ( 90).  Conclusion:Recurrent miscarriage needs extensive work up and may result from genetic, anatomical, endocrine and thrombotic causes. Hyperhomocysteinemia and biotinidase deficiency found to be the newer emerging cause
