A STUDY ON CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF TATA GROUP

Abstract :

Corporate social responsibility allows the corporate to fulfill its duties and responsibilities towards society. It makes the company accountable not only to the shareholder but to the society as a large. Tata Group is one of the prominent group which contribute significantly in the area of health, education, Environment. Only to generate the revenue should not the objective of the corporate but it needs to think about the surrounding also for the long term survival. This paper focuses on the CSR activities of the Tata Group.
