EMERGING TRENDS OF ONE PERSON COMPANY IN INDIA

Abstract :
In 2013, India introduced the Companies Act, 2013, the Act, has opened the new doors of opportunity in the field of entrepreneurship in India. This Act came into force in April 2014. It has introduced some new concept in the company law which were unknown before the Companies Act, 2013. This article comprehensively examines the idea of “one person company” in India as a distinct legal entity along with the progressive development of OPC in India and else. Furthermore, this article also focuses on the distinctive features of OPCand it is pros and cons.
