Abstract :

The purpose of this research paper is to study the perception of Liarians towards anch liary services in urban (Chennai) and rural (Villupuram) districts of Tamil Nadu. A Survey method was conducted by structured questionnaire which were administered among Liarians of anch liaries. The results of the survey were analyzed in depth by applying statistical techniques to find out meaningful findings of the study. The study reveals that there is need to improve the internet facilities and reprographic facilities in the anch liaries. The extension service has to be given more importance and create awareness to the users.
