Expectations of Parents from Children at Primary Level

Abstract :

 In India, most parents want professional success of his child than a happy life. They expect their child to be topper in

every 􀃶eld. Their expectations may prove as inspiration or cause of stress. Parental pressure is the most damaging.
When child cannot handle the pressure, there is a chance that he might get depressed. It is the mindset of society, of parents, of teachers, of
students that need to change. Present study is focused on ô€ƒ¶nding of parent‘s expectations from their children at primary level regarding their
academic, sports, cultural and moral qualities.
