Abstract :

Higher levels of engagement in employees are a key to effective organizational performance and competitive advantage. Delighted employees add to the company goodwill and and image. Beside they positively look forward to recommend others to join the company. Measurement of employee engagement can have many applications in the organizations. It could serve as the general index of hr effectiveness in an hr scorecard. Also, engagement serves as an easy way to benchmark the work climate against other organizations.
