The results concluded that, there was a significant increase in the Triiodothyronine (T3) after the yogic practice, at a level of significance p<0.05 from the mean 1.26 to 1.54, standard deviation of 0.302 to 0.161, t stat= 2.031, with a significant p= 0.00017, Thyroxine (T4) at a level of significance p<0.05 from the mean 4.18 to 7.12, standard deviation of 1.198 to 1.751, t stat=2.018, with a significant p = 1.79×10-8. The parameters considered for the present were; Tri-iodothyronin (T3), Thyroxin (T4) and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).
