Dirty-warty Terra firma forme dermatosis: A case report with atypical presentation

Abstract :
: Terra firma forme is benign skin condition, characterized by dirty own–grey cutaneous patches and plaques. The pathogenesis is attributed to abnormal and delayed keratinization. It poses no medical threat. Terra–firma forme dermatosis can be easily diagnosed and treated by forceful swabbing with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Herein, we report a case of Terra Firma Forme dermatosis with unusual presentation, diagnosed and treated by 70% isopropyl alcohol
