Abstract :

The designing of cloth is a careful and knowledgeable arrangement of art elements to produce an expressive idea. Clothing is well designed when the individual parts are complementary and harmonious with the individual by carefully studying and applying the communicate an important idia.Designing in garments create illusion moods or feeling which are conveyed to the wearer and to the observer .Design is defined as any arrangements of lines,shapes,texture and colours.
