Abstract :
A 47–year–old man who developed SCI (Spinal cord injury) as a result of the tumor, presented with a myriad of psychosocial (PS) issues. SCI patients will be referred to Rehabilitation services, which aimed to maximize clients‘ participation in their social setting, minimize the risk of medical complications, and address clients, caregiver‘s (CG’s) needs and concerns. The uniqueness of this case is that there is a need to look at life beyond symptom reduction and illness. This case was mindful to enhance the recovery of the client and well–being of his family from a holistic perspective by incorporating the Biopsychosocial (BPS) model and Ecological model with the implication of psychosocial interventions.
