Abstract :

Objective: Our study was to compare the FESS and conventional surgical procedure for the management of antrochoanal polyp. Methodology: A detail assessment and clinical examinations were taken to all 100 patients with antrochoanal polyp. And surgical procedure was applied. Results: Data was analyzed by using simple statistical methods with the help of MS–Office software. Conclusions: FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) was better choice than other conventional surgical procedure(simple polypectomy and Caldwell–Luc operation) for the management of patients with antrochoanal polyp.
