Abstract :

Erdheim Chester is a rare disorder of histiocytes affecting multiple organ systems. We discuss the clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings in 46 year old male who reported with bilateral shaft of femur fracture after fall down at home. He was thoroughly investigated and biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of Erdheim Chester disease.
