Actinomycosis is a rare chronic inflammatory disease caused by an anaerobic actinomyces species that can rarely affect the intestine. Patient underwent for laparoscopic assisted right hemicolectomy. Histopathological examination revealed IC junction actinomycosis   Preoperative diagnosis in colon actinomycosis is difficult to achieve..
