Abstract :

 This Research paper reviews the effectiveness of the Industrial relations and employee satisfaction at Raidco. Detailed study on companies that maintains such kind of employee friendly policies are good for any Industry to survive and prosper.  This study opens considerable scope for drawing up such welfare measures.
