Active Listening Transition in the mode of operation

Abstract :

 Active listening and effective communication has been the need of any millennium. Over time, the knowledge transfer has ought us to the present day where the listening skill plays a vital role. Rather than mere heå, active listening improves the overall comprehensive ability. Today, life at any level, from beginner to trainer, from purchaser to manufacturer, from technology to modernization etc., have become very rapid paced and demanding. So, Active listening is a key discriminating aspect which is of very high demand. This paper attempts to analyze active listening skill and also it enunciates how transition in the mode of operation happens to each individual in varied stages of their life.
